If you recently purchased a lot at Sun Valley Lake please fill out this form! The Sun Valley Iowa Lake Association office will set you up with a Member account once the real estate deed is recorded and a copy of it is sent to the lake office. Until then, you can help us out by filling out this form and providing a few important pieces of information.

If you are going to build a home on your new lot and do not have a 911 address please contact the Ringgold County E911 department.

You will receive a "Welcome Email" from the Association once we have the deed to set up your member account. The email will include instructions on how to log in to your member account. The Association will send out important email notices to members including monthly updates, Board of Director meeting notices, water quality notices, and more! 

Property dues are billed annually on April 1st through your member account at sunvalleylake.com. Membership Renewal Invoices will be sent out via email from the Association. Boat/Personal Water Craft Stickers & Non-Standard Vehicle Stickers are included on your annual renewal invoice (based on previous years records). 

You can register a "New to Sun Valley" Boat/PWC Vehicle & "New to Sun Valley" Non-Standard Vehicles online through your member account. An inspection will be required and a list of safety items will be provided on the registration form. If you purchased a watercraft vehicle from the former property owner it will still need to be inspected and registered.
